Current tax reform has given tax concessions to small businesses using Discretionary Trusts over companies and Unit Trusts as operating entities.

Unit Trusts are an effective way of distributing the capital of your business amongst the unit holders.
We are able to coordinate with your accountants to ensure that you are receiving the correct instrument for your needs.
